Allen Industrial’s American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders and knowledgeable staff provide precision welding services to a wide range of industries and applications.

We can also provide fabricated materials per Section VIII, Division 1, Section 1 ASME Code Stamps "U"' "S", "H" and "R".

Our experienced personnel pride themselves on their ability to handle any welding job for a multitude of industries including heavy construction, material handling and off-road equipment, bridge and highway, foundry, metal processing, chemical, power generation, mining and more.

Welding of carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, and aluminum, are performed by a wide variety of manual and semi-automatic processes as applications may require. In addition, we also can work with armor plate, high nickel, PVQ, abrasive and manganese materials.

Our most common processes are metal inert gas (MIG), flux core (FCAW), tungsten inert gas (TIG), submerged arc (SAW), stud (SW) and stick (SMAW). When high productivity is needed, robotic systems are utilized.

Whether it is welding sheet metal, heavy or light plate or structural materials, we know and use the methods that get the best results. We can handle light gage materials fabricated on a work bench or large weldments on a 60 ton positioner, and just about anything in between.

Our capabilities are extensive and almost limitless. For your assurance during and after fabrication, various types of weld testing and inspection may be performed and documented if required.
